• Thank God for our farmers and for harvests safely gathered in.
• Pray for the young K2 worker who has come to this area that she will be allowed to speak to children in our schools.
• As young people leave home for the first time to start University Courses that they will not be led into unsafe friendships.
• Thank the Lord for Brian’s ministry and pastoring and pray that Mary and Brian will find rest and have good health in their retirement.

• As we face the challenge of finding a new minister pray for members serving on a Vacancy Committee.
• Pray that there is someone out there the Lord will guide to minister to us in the years ahead.
• For the leaders and committees of our organisations as they lead meetings throughout autumn and winter.
• For our missionary partners, Ida and Keith Waddell, as they work with young and old and sick and infirm.

• Pray for members of our Armed Forces presently serving where there is conflict.
• For the families of men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice to bring peace and that they will be conscious of the Lord’s presence with them.
• In this Remembrance month let us not forget families who have lost loved ones in past conflicts.
• For the Church of Scotland Guild as members faithfully work to support projects where there is great need of financial aid.
